Technical Service Training Seminars
In addition to a nationwide
network of H/I factory trained service representatives, H/I
offers all of it's users the opportunity to participate in our
Technical Training Seminars free of charge, at our Fairfield,
New Jersey offices. Classes are held 4 times a year. Duration
is generally 1-4 days, depending on the number of different
products the attendee requires training on. Please contact our
offices to confirm dates and space availability. We recommend
reservations for technical service training are made as far
in advance as possible to insure availability.

H/I
Microtome Knife Sharpening Service
H/I maintains a
complete, in-house microtome knife sharpening facility. All
steel microtome knives are turned around within 24 hours of
receipt. Microtome knives which require sharpening should be
sent to H/I with accompanying purchase order number and document
verifying that the knives have been properly cleaned/disinfected
prior to shipment. Please contact H/I for pricing.
